The circumstances of the base of rightcircular cylinder is 220cm. if the height of the cylinder is 2m find the lateral surface area.

Circumference of base of right cylindrical cylinder = 220cm
height = 2m = 200cm
(1m = 100cm ,so 2m = 2*100 = 200cm)
Circumference = 220
➡2πr = 220
➡2*22/7*r = 220
➡44/7*r = 220
➡r = 220*7/44
➡r = 35
radius = 35cm
Lateral surface area of cylinder = 2πrh
= 2*22/7*35*200
= 44000
L.S.A = 44000cm cube.
