The circumstances of two circles is132 and 308cm respectively.what is the difference between the area of the large circle and that of the smaller circle?

πR = 154

R = 154×7÷22

R = 49

2πr = 132

πr = 66

r = 66×7÷22

r = 21 cm

area of larger circle = 22÷7 × 49 × 49 = 22×7×49 = 7546 cm2

Area of smaller circle = 22÷7×21×21 = 22×3×21 = 1386 cm2

difference of areas = 7546 - 1386 = 6160 cm2
