The compounded ratio of 4:9 and the duplicate ratio of 3:4 is??

given compounded ratio =4/9
duplicate ratio =(3/4)^2 =3^2/4^2 = 9/16
= 4*9/9*16
= 36/144
=1/4 (or 1:4)
