so cost of table = x + 75

3 tables + 2 chairs = 1850

⇒ 3 ( x + 75 ) + 2 ( x ) = 1850

⇒ 3x + 225 + 2x = 1850

⇒ 5x = 1850 -225

⇒ 5x = 1625

⇒ x = 1625/5 = 325

price of chair = x =  Rs 325

price of table = x + 75 = 325 + 75 =  Rs 400
