Cost Price :- Rs. 450 /-

Sales Tax Charged :- 5 % = 5/100*450 =22.50

Thus Bill Amount = C.P. + Sales tax Charged = 450+22.50 = 472.50

Sales tax=5% of Rs 450
              =Rs ( $\frac{5}{100}×450$)
              =Rs 22.50
Since Sales tax is added to the Cost Price,the bill will be:

Amount=Rs(450+22.50)=Rs 472.50
