Given :-

Price = Rs. 32000
Rate = Rs. 16 per m

So

Perimeter = 32000/16 = 2000 m.


Perimeter = 4 x side

2000/4 = side

500 m =side


Area of square = (side)²  =  500²  = 250000 m²

Rate = Rs. 35 per 100  m²

Cost of reaping the field = 250000/100 x 35 =  Rs.87500

4 x side length=32000/16

4 x side length=2000

then side length=500 m

so are of square field=(side length)^2
=(500)^2
=250000 m^2
