Total cost of leveling the square lawn at Rs. 15 per square meter = Rs. 19935

Area of the lawn = Total cost/Cost per square meter
= 19935/15
Area of the square lawn = 1329 Sq m
 
Area of the square = Side*Side
So, each side of the square = √1329

Each side of the square lawn = 36.45 m

Now, 
Perimeter of the square lawn = 4*Side
Perimeter = 4*36.45
Perimeter of the square lawn = 145.8 m

Cost of fencing the square lawn = Rs. 22 per meter
Total cost of fencing the square lawn = 145.8*22
= Rs. 3207.6
So, total cost of fencing the square lawn is Rs. 3207.6
