CSA = 2πrh
352 = 2 x 22/7 x r x 28
352 = 44/7 x 28 x r
352 = 44 x 4 x r
352 = 176 r
352/176 = r
2cm = r
Diameter = 2 x r
= 2 x 2
= 4cm

Hey there,
Down here,⏬

☆ Given :
Height : 28 cm
CSA= 352 sq.cm

☆ CSA of Cylinder = 2 pie rh
2 pie rh = 352 sq.cm
2×22/7×r×28 = 352 sq.cm
2×22×r×4 = 352 sq.cm
176 × r = 352 sq.cm
r = 352/176 = 2 cm

☆ Diameter = 2r = 2×2 = 4 cm

Hope it helps
