When we prime factorize the denominator we get,

43/2000=43/2^4*5^3

Multiplying both denominator and numerator by 5,
We get....
43*5/2^4*5^4
=215/10^4
=215/10000
=0.0215

Therefore.... 43/2000 terminates after 4 decimal places...
