Let us assume the original factor is x/y

Given that The denominator of a fraction is 4 more than to the numerator, So the original factor is  x/y = x/ x+4

Given:

x+1/x+4+2 = 4/5

x+1 = 4/5 (x+6)

5x+5 = 4x+24

x = 19

and y = 23

The original factor is 19/23
