The Density of material in CGS system of units is 4g/cm³.
A system in which unit of length is 10cm and unit of mass is 100g. It means, in system, unit of length is 10 times unit of CGS system and unit of mass is 100 times unit of C.G.S system.
in simple , unit of length in new system = 1 dm [because 1 dm = 10cm]
unit of mass in new system = 1hg [because 100g = 1hg]
so, value of density = 4(1hg/100g)/(1dm/10cm)³
= 4 × 1000/100 = 40 hg/dm³

Hence, option (c) is correct
