140mm = 14 cm

circumference of semicircle )=πr

=22/7 × 14/2

=22cm

We now,
1cm = 10mm

Therefore, 140mm = 14cm

radius of semicircle = 7cm

Perimeter of semicircle = πr

= 22/7 × 7

= 22cm

Therefore, the perimeter of semicircle is 22cm.
