Given, diameter = 56cm
then radius of the wheel = 58/2 = 28cm

You can get the answer by 1760/2πr (in metres)

Hope it helped.
Regards.

the distance covered by wheel in one rotation is equal to the circumference of the wheel.

d = 2 ×pai×r
here radius is unknown but
diameter is given in question i.e 56 cm
W K T
radius( r) = diameter /2
i.e 56/2 = 28 cm

therefore
d= 2×3.14×28
=175.84cm

since journey is given in kilometer unit so we have to convert distance 175.84cm to kilometer unit

i.e 1km = 1000meter
1meter=100cm

therefore 175.84 cm is equal to 0.0017504 km

W K T
no of rotation (N) =(total distance ÷ distance travelled in one rotation)

i.e N = 17.6÷0.0017504
= 10054.84 times wheel will rotate
