Perimeter is 22÷7*70= 220 cm
Distance covered in 40 revolution 220*40 = 8800 cm
If it can travel 880 cm in 10 sec then in 1 sec 880 ÷ 10 = 88 cm
When converted 88*60*60/1*100000
= 3.16 kmph
