volume of frustum=1/3×pi×(r1^2+r2^2+r1×r2)×h
=1/3×22/7×(14^2+38^2+14×38)×16
=22/21×(196+1444+532)×16
=22/21×2172×16
=22/7×724×16
=36,406.85
