Answer:

Interest for 2nd Group is RS. 79.69

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: P = Rs. 1200

           T = 1 year

           A = Rs. 1275

To find: Interest of 2nd year

let R be the rate.

Compound interest for 1st Year = 1275 - 1200 = Rs. 75

according to the Question,

\frac{PRT}{100}=75

\frac{R\times1200\times1}{100}=75

R=75\times\frac{1}{12}

R=6.25  %

Now, Interest for 2nd Year =  \frac{1275\times6.25\times1}{100}

                                              =  \frac{7968.75}{100}

                                              =  79.69

Therefore, Interest for 2nd Group is RS. 79.69
