Let the number be =x(ones digit number)
2nd number is =x-3 (tens digit number)
ORIGINAL NUMBER
________________

10(x-3)+(1×x)
o. no.=10x-30+x i.e. 11x+30

NEW NUMBER
____________

ones no. = x-3
tens no. =x

N. No.=(10×x)+(1×x-3)
=11x-3

According To The Question ,

ON +NN=121
(11x+30)+(11x-3)=121
