\textbf{Answer :}

The distance

= 47 1/2 km

= 95/2 km

and time taken

= 1 3/16 hours

= 19/3 hours

So, the speed of the van

= (distance)/(time)

= (95/2)/(19/3) km/h

= (95 × 3)/(2 × 19) km/h

= (5 × 3)/2 km/h

= 15/2 km/h

= 7 1/2 km/h

The answer is here,

Distance => 47 1/2 => 95/2km.

Time => 1 3/16 => 19/16hours.

Speed => distance/Time.

=> (95/2)/(19/16)

=> (95×16)/(19×2)

=> 5×8.

=> 40km/h.

So, The speed of the Van is 40kmph.

:-)Hope it helps u.
