It is called as Babylonian Map. It is a clay tablet which has a labeled description of some known countries during the 6th century. It was written in a cuneiform which is an oldest form of writing on clay tablet.

On this clay tablets countries are described by the images such as Mesopotamia is shown by a surrounded river and ocean. This clay tablets was discovered in Baghdad but now it is kept in British Museum.
