the equation of the line parallel to the line ax+by+c=0 and passing through the point (a,b) is
1)ax+by=a^2+b^2
2)ax+by=0
3)bx+ay=a^2+b^2
4)bx+ay=0

we have ax +by +c=0

so parallel line can be written as bx +ay +d=0.....(i)

so. it passes through (a,b) therefore we get. a.a+b.b +d=0 so

 -  {a}^{2} -  {b}^{2}   = d

so put d in (i) we get answer i.e

option 3
