concurrent of two lines means point of intersection of two lines.
we have to solve the given two lines for finding a point of contact
4x+3y-7=0
8x+5y-1=0
x=-8
y=13
the point of contact is(x, y) =(-8,13)
give slope =-3/2
*the equation of line having point p(x1,y1) and slope(m) is y-y1=m(x-x1)
the equation of the line is
y-13=-3/2(x+8)
3x+3y-2=0
