vacuole is a space in the cytoplasm of a cell which is enclosed by a membrane and contains substances dissolved in water. it's function is to store substances including waste products

vacuoles are nothing but the large and circular parts present in all the plant cells .they are also present in fungus cells.they are always membrane bounded.their roles in their cells include  these:
bearing waste products
Containing water in plant cells
has small molecules
Exporting unwanted substances from the cell
plants to support parts such as leaves and flowers
