c.) x = 3 is the answer by two point form

manthan7445: the formula is y-y1 / y2 - y1 = x- x1/x2-x1
ambitiousraghu54: but it is for the line that is passing through two point x1,y1 and x3,y2
ambitiousraghu54: here the line is only passing through one point
manthan7445: Here x1 = 6 and y1 = -3
ambitiousraghu54: and the slope is undefined as the line makes an angle 90 degrees so tan90 is undefined
manthan7445: and y2 = 0 as it is passing through x axis
ambitiousraghu54: can u pls wait for a minute
ambitiousraghu54: can u post the way u did the sum?
manthan7445: okay just wait a few minutes
manthan7445: See it's a logical question now as the line is perpendicular to X axis therefore its Y coordinate will be zero and its x coordinate will be 6
