but it is for the line that is passing through two point x1,y1 and x3,y2
here the line is only passing through one point
Here x1 = 6 and y1 = -3
and the slope is undefined as the line makes an angle 90 degrees so tan90 is undefined
and y2 = 0 as it is passing through x axis
