Answer:

b=13.7753 or 78.999

Step-by-step explanation:

x^2-ax+1=0

as a = 79

then, x^2-79x+1=0

by solving by quadratic equation

x = 78.9873 or 0.0126603

then put these value in second equation

then on putting x = 78.9873

we get b = 78.999

on putting x=0.0126603

we get b= 13.7753
