let us write given observatins in ascending order

here no. of observations r 10 which is an even no.
therefore observation at 5th and 6th place is at middle position ile. 3 and 3
median = sum of observation at 5th and 6th place / 2
= 3+3/2
=6/2
=3
median = 3
mode= observation which repeated maximum time
= 3
mode = 3
