Dear Sir,
This letter is written to draft a complaint about an alarm clock which was ordered by me from your company last week. I, the resident of gulmohar park, wants this clock to be replaced with a better quality one. The problem with this clock is that, once the alarm is set, it doesn't remind me with a ring on the time which was set, and snoozing this alarm is impossible.
