3x+5x+7x+9x=360 degree

30x=360 degree

x= 360/30

x = 12

3x=3x12= 36degree

5x=5x12=60 degree

7x=7x12=84 degree

9x=9x12=108 degree

let the measure of each angle be x
we know that the sum of a quadrilateral is
3 : 5 : 7 : 9 = 360
3x+5x+7x+9x=360
24 x = 360
x = 360/24
x= 15
First angle = 3x=3×15=45
Second angle=5x=5×15=75
Third angle = 7x = 7×15 =105
Fourth angle = 9x = 9× 15 = 135

To check that our answer is correct
add all the angles :
45+75+105+135 = 360
(If we add all the angels if we get 360 our answer is correct ).
