since the masses of the bodies are constant, if you double the distance then for the second force d'=2d
then F' =Gm1m2/(2d)^^2
=Gm1m2/4d^2
=1/4(Gm1m2/d20
=1/4 F
=1/4*4
=1 N
so the existing force when you double the distance will be 1 N
