The volume is decreased by 1/64th ie. (1/4)^3 ....(Relation1)
Volume has its measure measurement in cubes, which means evry unit of height nd radius yields to a cubic measurement ........(relation2)
From Rel1&Rel2, we can fairly deduce that height is decreased to 1/4
i.e. 1/4 x 60=15
Now since its from base, required answer is 60-15= 45cm
