here is ur answer..

let the base be x

heigth = 1 / 3 × x = x / 3

area of parralelogram = b × h

X × X / 3 = 192

x² / 3 = 192

x² = 192 × 3

x² = 576

x = √576

x = 24

base = 24cm ✔✔
height = 24 / 3 = 8cm✔✔

hope it helps..
