area of triangle=1/2×base× height
=1/2×14xy ×(x^5+x^4)
=7xy(x^5+x^4)
=7x^6y+7x^5y

height of Triangle= x^5+x^4
Base = 14xy

Area= ½×base×height
= ½×(x^5+x^4)×14xy = (x^5+x⁴)7xy
