The height of two Towers are 180 meters and 60 meters respectively. if the angle of elevation of the top of the first towers from the foot of the second towers is 60°, let us write by calculating what is the angle of elevation of the top of the second towers from the foot of the first.

Let,
AB= 180m. CD = 60m. ‹ACB = 60°
tan 60°= AB/ BC
√3= 180/BC
BC= 180/√3
BC= 60√3m.
tan theta =CD/BC
tan theta = 60/60√3
tan theta = 1/√3
tan theta = tan 30°
Angle of elevation, theta = 30°
