It is true that exercise is important to keep oneself fit and charged also. But exercise needs time and effort. Many people prefer to do exercise in early morning in fresh atmosphere. A person who is a late riser will always miss this opportunity and hence he wont stay as fit as those who get up early for exercise.
If a late riser has to recharge himself, then he should abandon the habit of late rising, he should sleep early to get up early
