Let HCF be = X , -
So as as per question , LCM will be = 20X

2) LCM + HCF = 2520
20X + X = 2520
21X = 2520
X = 2520 / 21
X = 120

therefore , HCF = X = 120
LCM = 20X = 20 x 120 = 2400

NOW, first number = 480
second number = Y

as we know , that : LCM = (PRODUCT OF TWO NUMBERS) / HCF
on putting up the values , we get : 2400 = (480 x Y) / 120
Y = (2400 x 120) / 480
Y = 600

hence second number is 600

triple of number= 3Y -EQ-1

substituing value of Y=600 IN EQ-1
=3(600)
=1800

Let HCF = X

So LCM =20X

ATQ

X+20X= 2520

21X=2520

X= 2520/21

X= 120

HCF=120

LCM= 2400

We know

LCM×HCF= 1st number ×2nd number

2400 ×120 =480 ×2nd number

2nd number = 600

Triple of 2nd number is 600×3= 1800

Answer-1800
