Area given -- 3456 m^2

Let it's length be 3x and
Breath be 2x

Area of rectangle = LxB

3456=3x x 2x

3456=6x sq

x sq.=3456/6

x sq.=576

x = √576

x= 24m

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(L+B)

Perimeter=2(72+48)

Perimeter=2(120)

Perimeter=2x120=240

Perimeter=240m
