⟹ let the length and breadth of the rectangular park be 3x and 2x

⟹ Perimeter of rectangular park = 2 [L+B]

⟹ 160 = 2[3x+2x]

⟹ 160 = 2(5x)

⟹ 10x = 160

∴ x = 16

⇒ Length = 3x = 3× 16 = 48m.

⇒ Breadth = 2x = 2× 16 = 32m.

⟹ Area of a rectangle = L×B = 48m×32m = 1536 m²

∴ Area of the rectangular park is 1536m²
