Let the common multiple be x

Length=5x
breadth=2x

Perimeter of recatngular Land=2 (5x +2x)
=2(7x)
=14x


total coast of fencing=Rs 25000
Cost of fencing 1meter=Rs 12
therefore cost of fencing 14x meter:

12×14x=25000
168x=25000

x=25000/168
x=148.8


Length=5(148.8)=744m

breadth=2(148.8)= 297.6m
