length=12cm
breadth=5 cm
perimeter=2×(length+breadth)
=2×(12+5)
=2×17
=34cm
area=length×breadth
=12×5=60cm²
length of diagonal is supposed to be done by the Pythagoras theorem
which states, ab²+bc²=ac²
so,
12²+5²=ac²
144+25=ac²
169=ac²
so the length of diagonal=√169=13
hence, the perimeter is 34cm, area is 60cm² and the length of diagonal is 13cm
breadth=5 cm
perimeter=2×(length+breadth)
=2×(12+5)
=2×17
=34cm
area=length×breadth
=12×5=60cm²

length of the diagonal = root(144+25)
= root(169)
= 13 cm
area of rectangle = 12*5
= 60 square cm
perimeter of rectangle = 2*(12+5)
=2* 17
= 34 cm
= root(169)
= 13 cm
area of rectangle = 12*5
= 60 square cm
perimeter of rectangle = 2*(12+5)
=2* 17
= 34 cm
