Length of the Rectangular Land = 600 m

Breadth of the Rectangular Land = 400 m

Area of Rectanglar Land = Length × Breadth

= 600 × 200

= 120000

Cost of the Land = Area × Cost of Land Per

* Cost of Land Per m² is not give by you in the question.
