Given:

length = 2m

breadth = 1 m 20cm Or 1.2m

height = 40cm Or 0.4m

Volume = length × breadth × height

=> 2 × 1.2 × 0.4 m³

=> 0.96 m³

Volume of the tank = 0.96m³

Answer:

0.96 m3

Step-by-step explanation:

volume of a cuboid = l x b h

volume of the tank = 2m x 1m 20cm x 40 cm

=( 2x 1.2 x 0.40)m3

0.96m3

therefore volume of the tank = 0.96m3
