x = y + 5

breadth be 'b' cm
now acc. to question,
L =5 + b
we know,
(p)perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l+b)
putting value of L here,
p= 2[ ( 5+b)+b]
p = 10 + 4b
p -4b -10=0
