Here is your answer !

Length of the side ( s ) = 3 cm .
Now , diagonal = √2 × s
So , the length of this diagonal
= √2 × 3 cm
= 3 × 1.414 cm
= 4.242 cm ........ [Ans]

The length of the Diagonal is 32 cm
   By Pythagoras theorem
      Diagonal² = Side² + Side²
                       = 3² + 3²
                       = 9 + 9
                       = 18 cm
Therefore, Diagonal = √18 cm
                                 = 3√2 cm
