Now,

Angle between 5 minutes in a clock

= 360/12= 30°

Time difference between 9:00 am and 9:35 am =

35mins (7 parts )

Angle swept by needle= 30(7)= 210°

Therefore,

Area swept by minute hand= (210/360)*22/7*(14)*(14)=

(7/12)*22*2*(14)= (7/6)*22*(14)= (7/3)*11*(14)=

(77/3)*14= | 359.33 |

Answer: 359.33
