The length of two parallel sides of a trapezium are 34cm and 66cm. the distance between the parallel sides is 16.5cm . what is the area of the trapezium

d1 = 34cm, d2 = 66cm, h= 16.5cm

AREA OF TRAPEZIUM IS GIVEN BY -

 \frac{1}{2}( d1 + d2) \times (h) \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2} (66 + 34)(16.5) \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2} (100)( \frac{165}{10} ) \\  \\  =  > 165 \times 5 \\  \\  =  > 825 {cm}^{2}
