Hiii friend here is your answer
the diagonal of rhombus bisect each others at 90 degree angle.
this then forms four triangle , each with sides being half of diagonals.
therefore using Pythagoras throrem
Hypotenuse squared = Sum of squares of other two sides. half diagonals are 15 and 20
respectively
therefore,
hypotenuse squared = 15^2 + 20^2= 225 + 400 = 625
the square root of 625 = 25
therefore side is 25 cm
