According to THE INDIAN PARTNERSHIP 1932 , the liability of each and every partner in the partnership firm is unlimited because the all partners is owners of the business hence, all assets belongs to him as well as all liability also, the partners severally as well as personally liable towards third party ( creditors ) while the MINOR ( below the age of 18 year) not liable because he become a partner only for profit not loss and liability.
