magnitude of cooligativeproperties in all colloidal dispersion is lower than solution In true solution the particle size is bigger and it may undergo dissociation to its constituent. For ex NaCl -----> Na+ + Cl-
Whereas in colloids the particle size is small and they wont undergo dissociation to its constituent further. As the Colligative properties depend on the number of particles, the magnitude of it is lesser for colloids.
