The manager of m/s status industry is overburdened with the routine work and is unable to concentrate on core issue of the company. To overcome this problem he interested some of his responsibility and authority to his immediate subordinate to share some of his routine work. (i) which concept is used by the manager? Delegation of Authority means division of authority and powers downwards to the subordinate. Delegation is about entrusting someone else to do parts of your job.
