Let ,the two vector be A and B then maximum resultant would be
A+B=16 .....(1)
and
minimum resultant would be
A-B=4 ......(2)
Now, adding equation (1)&(2),we get
2A = 20
=> A = 20/2
=> A = 10N
now , put this value in equation (1)
10+B = 16
=> B = 16-10
=> B = 6N
hence, two magnitude of two forces is 10N and 6N.
