The mean weight of a class of 34 students is 46.5kg. if the weight of the teacher be included the weight rises by 500 gms. find the weight of the teacher?

Now Average Weight Of Class = 46.5 kg

Now Average Weight = Total Weight/Number 

46.5 = Total Weight/34

Total Weight = 46.5*34 = 1581

Now If Teacher Is Included

Let Weight Of Techer Be x kg

Now

Total Weight = 1581+x

Now Number = 35

Average Weight = 46.5+0.5 = 47

So

1581+x/35 = 47

1581+x  = 1645

x = 64

So Weight Of Teacher Is 64 Kg
